1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gloryland International School (“GLIS”) online result portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the portal immediately. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, guardians, and any other visitors.

2. Account & Portal Usage

The portal grants access to academic results through a combination of your Gloryland matriculation number and a valid e-PIN. You are responsible for keeping both credentials confidential. Any activity performed using your credentials is deemed to be carried out by you or with your authorisation.

You agree not to attempt to access another student's records, reverse-engineer the portal's authentication mechanism, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the system.

3. e-PIN Terms & Conditions

• e-PINs are purchased through the Gloryland school office or authorised sales channels only.
• Each e-PIN is subject to a usage limit and an expiry date, both determined at the time of issue.
• e-PINs are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
• GLIS reserves the right to revoke an e-PIN if it is suspected of being used fraudulently.
• Lost or compromised e-PINs should be reported to the school office immediately.

4. Result Documents

Result PDFs generated by the portal are confidential academic records belonging to Gloryland International School and the individual student. They are intended solely for the student and their authorised parents or guardians. Sharing, reproducing, or altering result documents without permission from GLIS is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the GLIS name — is the property of Gloryland International School or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any portal content without prior written consent from GLIS.

6. Limitation of Liability

The portal is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and data accuracy, Gloryland International School does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security threats.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the portal, including but not limited to loss of data, delays in result availability, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.

8. Changes to These Terms

GLIS may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms take effect upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the portal after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
