Accessing Your Results

How do I retrieve my Gloryland exam results through the portal?

Navigate to the result-checking page, type in your matriculation number, choose the relevant academic year and term from the dropdowns, then submit your valid e-PIN. The system will display your results within seconds.

Which details are required before I can view my report?

You will need three pieces of information: your matriculation number (formatted as YYYY/NNNN), the specific academic year and term you wish to review, and an active e-PIN.

Is it possible to look up reports from earlier terms?

Absolutely. Historical results remain in the system. Simply select the past academic year and term when prompted, and provide a valid e-PIN to unlock them.

My most recent report is not showing — what should I do?

Reports become available only after the administration has finalised and approved them. If your latest results are missing, the review cycle may still be underway. Reach out to the school office for a timeline.

Can I save a copy of my report for offline use?

Yes. Once your report loads, you can view the official PDF, save it to your device, and print as many copies as you need for your records.

e-PIN Information

What purpose does an e-PIN serve?

An e-PIN (Electronic Personal Identification Number) functions as a one-time-use digital credential that grants you authorised entry to the result portal. Think of it as a secure key that opens the door to your personal academic data.

Where can I obtain an e-PIN?

e-PINs are sold at the Gloryland International School front office during regular hours. You may also call our e-PIN hotline to arrange a mobile-money purchase with SMS delivery.

How much does an e-PIN cost?

Contact the school office for current pricing. Fees are denominated in XAF (Central African CFA franc) and may be adjusted at the start of each academic year.

Does a single e-PIN allow more than one lookup?

Yes. Each e-PIN supports multiple result checks until it either expires or reaches its built-in usage cap, so you can revisit your report without purchasing a new code every time.

I misplaced my e-PIN — how do I recover it?

Get in touch with the front office as soon as possible. Staff can verify your identity, look up the code on file, or generate a replacement if the original has not yet been used.

When does an e-PIN stop working?

e-PINs are generally valid for the duration of one academic year. The exact expiry depends on the date of purchase and the school's current policy — details are printed on your receipt.

Matriculation Numbers

What is a matriculation number at Gloryland?

It is a permanent student code issued when you enrol at Gloryland International School. The format is typically YYYY/NNNN — for example, 2025/1042 — where the first four digits represent your admission year.

Where is the easiest place to find my matric number?

Check your student ID card first — the number is printed prominently. It also appears on your admission letter, official transcripts, and any correspondence from the registrar.

I cannot remember my matric number — what now?

Look through your admission documents or student ID. If you still cannot locate it, visit the school office with a valid form of identification and staff will retrieve it for you.

Will my matric number ever change?

No. The number assigned at enrolment stays with you from your first day through graduation. It is your permanent academic identity at Gloryland.

I keep getting an error after entering my matric number. Why?

The most frequent cause is a formatting mistake. Be sure to include the forward slash between the year and your student number (e.g. 2025/1042, not 20251042) and retain any leading zeros.

Technical Troubleshooting

The portal page will not load. How can I fix this?

Start by confirming your internet connection is stable. Then try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a different browser or device altogether.

An error appeared when I tried to check my results.

Error messages typically point to incorrect input. Double-check your matriculation number format, the academic year/term selection, and your e-PIN. If everything looks correct, contact support.

The PDF will not open or download on my phone.

Make sure you have a PDF reader app installed. On most smartphones you can long-press the download link and choose "Save link." If the issue persists, try on a laptop or desktop browser.

Does the portal work on smartphones and tablets?

Yes. The Gloryland result portal is fully responsive and has been tested on a wide range of mobile devices and screen sizes. Any modern browser will work.

How is my personal data protected on this platform?

All traffic is encrypted in transit, and results are locked behind your unique e-PIN. Access logs are monitored, and the system is regularly audited to uphold strict data-privacy standards.
